WHY PEOPLE NEED A HEALTH ADVISER

Note that Registered Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals that are trained to apply the science of nutrition and develop individualized dietary advice and treatment plans for medical conditions. As Dietitians, we work with both healthy and the sick. 

Founder & Lead Dietitian

Lasika Jayamaha RDN (SL), RNutr (UK)

Lasika is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with a decade of experience in the field of nutrition, having worked in nutritional based companies on product research and development, weight-loss clinics in public sector and private sector. She has also conducted several awareness sessions in the form of articles, seminars and webinars on the importance of nutrition in general wellbeing, pregnancy, women’s health, cardiac care and diabetes.

She is currently a Senior Resident Dietitian and Nutritionist at Durdans Hospital, Colombo.
